We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join a distributed international team (10+ countries), with a clear growth path into an HR Business Partner role.

Responsibilities

— End-to-end onboarding and adaptation

— Performance management (KPIs, reviews, development plans)

— Employee relations: 1:1s, engagement, wellbeing

— Partnering with managers across international teams

— Culture initiatives, eNPS, retention programs

— Offboarding and HR analytics

— Participation in HRIS implementation (BambooHR)

Requirements

— 4–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment

— Strong business partnering mindset

— Solid international HR experience (beyond CIS-only)

— Hands-on experience with cross-cultural teams

— IT and/or e-commerce background is a plus

— Change management skills; ability to stay effective in uncertainty

— High ownership, drive, and proactive attitude

— Connection to Israel / interest in humanitarian projects — a plus

— English C2, Russian C1+
