Our team is growing fast, and we're currently looking for a UA Manager with hands-on experience with VPN products to scale growth, test new opportunities, and turn ad spend into measurable profit.

What you’ll do:

- Launch, optimize, and scale Meta app campaigns, including Advantage+ App Campaigns.

- Drive performance across the full funnel - from installs and trials to paid subscriptions and ROAS.

- Test creatives, audiences, and geos to unlock new growth opportunities.

- Work with AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAN, and CAPI to ensure reliable attribution.

- Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to turn data into growth.

What we’re looking for:

- 2–3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience with mobile apps.

- Proven experience with VPN, utility, or subscription-based apps.

- Experience managing budgets of $10K+/month.

- Strong understanding of subscription economics, LTV, payback, and ROAS optimization.

- Real case studies with measurable results to back up your expertise.
