Our ideal candidate:

— Required: 4+ years of experience in predictive (Waterfall) project management, preferably in IT, real estate, or related fields

— Client Communication & Management: Proven experience in client communication, including navigating difficult and conflict situations. Ability to clearly set expectations, build trust, and manage relationships proactively

— Structured Planning & Execution: Strong skills in work breakdown, scheduling (timeline creation), and execution tracking. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks before they impact the project

— Release Management: Basic understanding of environment systems (dev/stage/prod). Experience coordinating task deployment across environments, culminating in client demonstration on the production environment

— Project Scoping & Estimation: Hands-on experience participating in project estimation—at a minimum in terms of effort (hours), and ideally in financial budgeting

Nice to Have

— Experience in 3D visualization, ideally with architectural projects

— Experience with project cost accounting and budget tracking. If you lack this, we will show you our current processes

— Understanding or basic experience in integrations. Our development team will guide you with leading questions if this is new to you.

— Experience working in a startup or fast-paced scaling environment.

— Understanding of real estate development project lifecycles.

What will you do in this position?

— Project Management: Lead 3–4 predictive projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to production release and maintenance.

— Planning and Monitoring Execution: Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle; closely monitor progress against the plan and, in case of deviations, take corrective actions to return the project to target indicators.

— Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the project team — including frontend and backend developers, 3D visualizers, designers, QA engineers, and contractors — ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, progress is tracked, and any obstacles are promptly addressed.

— Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding requirements, deliverable approvals, and project status updates.

— Communication Management: Organize all project communications, including internal and external meetings and regular project reporting.

— Stakeholder Management: Manage customer and stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency and adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

— Internal Documentation: Create, maintain, and update internal project documentation.

— Client Documentation: Ensure timely preparation and delivery of project-related documentation for the client, including contracts, annexes, additional agreements, acceptance certificates, and invoices.

— Estimation: Participate in budgeting and timeline development for new projects.

— Reporting: Report on project progress, risks, and results to the Delivery Manager.
