Looking for a person to anchor everything we do in podcasting across YouTube, social, newsletters, and community. Looking for a hands-on creative professional, duo, or small studio to own the visual and production side of this.

What you'll drive:

— Creative direction for podcast content and visual identity

— Podcast artwork, episode graphics, thumbnail systems

— Motion graphics, intros, outros, visual assets

— Editing long-form episodes (or overseeing the editing workflow)

— Short-form cutdowns for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts

— Repeatable templates and content systems the internal team can run with

— Close collaboration with marketing on launches and promos

— Helping set creative standards and production workflows as the platform scales

What you bring:

— Multimedia design background

— Proven hands-on experience with podcasts, YouTube channels, or media brands

— A strong portfolio centered on podcast, video, and content work

— Experience producing for social-first, video-first platforms

— Sharp instincts for visual storytelling and audience engagement

— Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
