Responsibilities:

— Own the full creative production cycle: from brief to final asset delivery

— Manage and coordinate freelancers (designers, motion, etc.), including onboarding, task assignment, and quality control

— Collaborate with Creative Strategist to translate concepts into production-ready tasks

— Work closely with MPO / AdOps teams to ensure correct formats, specs, and delivery

— Set up and maintain task management systems (e.g. Asana), including boards, templates, and workflows

— Optimize and scale production processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time

— Manage and mentor 1–2 creative assistants, including task delegation and workload prioritization

— Support planning teams with input on creative capabilities, timelines, and production capacity

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in creative production, digital, or agency environment

— Strong understanding of digital creative formats (HTML5 banners, Rich-Media, Overlays, Audio etc)

— Proven experience managing production workflows and coordinating multiple stakeholders

— Hands-on experience with task management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)

— Experience working with freelancers and external vendors

— Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

— Ability to structure and improve processes in a fast-paced environment

— Experience or strong interest in using AI tools in creative production workflows
