What You Will Do:

— Contribute to High-Impact projects: You’ll work alongside the team to tackle complex data problems. You will help bridge the gap between a business idea and a technical solution, ensuring we deliver results that actually move the needle for the company.

— Help building Reliable Data Pipelines: You’ll help organize our data workflows using tools like dbt and Airflow. You’ll help build clean and automated data layers that the whole product team can trust for reporting.

— Data Collection & Quality Assurance: Design and manage scalable data collection and validation processes, ensuring high-quality, reliable datasets through systematic cleansing, monitoring, and quality control practices.

— Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data.

— Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualisations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

— Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and provide analytical support.

— Data-driven Recommendations: Present findings and actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational improvements, optimise processes, and enhance business strategies.

— Contribute to A/B testing: You’ll evaluate SDK-side experiments to support the rollout of profitable features.

— Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

— Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and industry trends in data analytics and contribute to the growth and development of the data analytics function within the organisation.

Who You Are:

— Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields, with a demonstrated progression in responsibility and project diversity; direct experience within the AdTech ecosystem is highly preferred. Proven experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior or mid-level data analysts.

— Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, or a related discipline, preferably with a strong foundation in mathematics.

— Advanced SQL: Mastery of Window Functions, CTEs, and handling deeply nested JSON/Map types. Expert ability to optimize heavy Trino (Athena) operations for performance and cost-efficiency within Datalake environments handling a daily data volume of 5TB+.

— Statistical Knowledge: In-depth understanding and application of advanced statistical concepts for modeling and forecasting. Proficient in Python for evaluating A/B tests (Power Analysis, P-values, Bayesian methods).

— Complex data manipulation: Expertise in Python for complex data transformation, specializing in memory-efficient processing to ensure scalable analytics pipelines and consistent reporting performance under massive daily data volumes.

— Domain Expertise: Proven track record of identifying business “blind spots” and independently proposing/executing data projects that improve operational efficiency or revenue, preferably in an AdTech environment.

— Communication Skills: Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex technical findings to stakeholders from different units.

— Analytics Engineering (Big Plus): Experience organizing data workflows using dbt (or similar tools) to create clean, reliable datasets for reporting. Familiarity with Airflow (or similar tools) to automate and schedule data updates.
