Salary range: $4,500 to $5,500 per month gross (depending on the scope and complexity of responsibilities assumed)

Requirements:

- Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Analyst

- Experience interacting with international clients

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, or a willingness to learn

- Strong proficiency of English and Russian (B2+ level)

- Practical familiarity with the OKR goal-setting approach

- Emotional intelligence

- Negotiation skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified in Agile techniques - PSPO II, ICP-EPO, IIBA-CCBA, PMI-PBA
