What you'll do:

— Manage and grow the brand’s online reputation across major review platforms: Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, Glassdoor, Google Business Profile (Maps), Clutch, GoodFirms, SiteJabber, TrustRadius;

— Monitor and respond to reviews, participate in discussions, and build a strong, positive image of the brand;

— Engage with online communities such as Reddit, Quora, Medium, niche forums, and YouTube creator communities;

— Research and reach out to relevant media, blogs, and communities for guest posts, PR publications, interviews, and collaborations;

— Create organic mentions and develop authentic partnerships with media outlets and community leaders;

— Track outreach performance, analyze results, and continuously improve brand reputation strategy.

You're perfect for us if you have:

— 1–2+ years of experience in PR, outreach, digital communications, or SEO marketing;

— Strong understanding of how PR and SEO work together to influence brand visibility;

— Excellent written and spoken English. You’ll be communicating with international platforms;

— Ability to find and negotiate with relevant websites, blogs, and online communities;

— Experience in creating organic, natural brand mentions and community engagement;

— Analytical mindset, capable of tracking outreach results and optimizing strategy.
