We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR People Partner to join our team and support key business units. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR strategies and practices effectively support organizational goals and foster a positive employee experience.

Tasks:

— Provide expert consultancy to managers on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance, development, and compliance;

— Develop and implement work plans that align HR initiatives with business objectives;

— Support and guide the identification, development, and retention of top talent and key roles;

— Advise managers and employees on matters related to employee experience and engagement;

— Facilitate and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful integration of new hires;

— Monitor employee engagement and implement initiatives to improve morale and satisfaction;

— Handle employee relations issues, including grievance resolution and conflict mediation;

— Manage the offboarding process, including dismissals and conducting exit interviews to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

— Proven experience in an HR advisory or people partnering role;

— Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management;

— Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;

— Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;

— Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach;

— Proven experience in global, international companies;

— Russian and English languages are a must.
