In this role, you will

— Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences.

— Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, ensuring users can move naturally from drafting to completion.

— Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences — including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation — with a focus on real user outcomes.

— Define product direction for modern document systems, blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows.

— Partner closely with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models that enable scalable experiences.

— Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc.

— Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry.

— Shape the long-term direction of PandaDoc’s Document Domain, ensuring flexibility, coherence, and readiness for evolving AI-powered capabilities.

About You

— 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally across document creation, productivity, collaboration, or content platforms.

— Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end — from strategy through delivery and iteration.

— Familiar with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, or AI-generated content).

— Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features, including defining UX behavior, rollout strategies, and iteration based on real-world usage.

— Comfortable integrating AI into workflows thoughtfully, focusing on measurable user outcomes rather than standalone capabilities.

— Skilled in rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools.

— Demonstrated AI fluency — using AI for analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation, with strong judgment to translate ambiguous AI capabilities into dependable product experiences.

— Strong communicator who simplifies complexity, frames trade-offs clearly, and aligns cross-functional teams.

— Pragmatic and execution-oriented, balancing experimentation with prioritization and delivery discipline.

— Comfortable partnering with deeply technical teams on system design, APIs, and platform constraints.
