Our solution operates across three streams to boost sales for developers during the off-plan stage of residential property sales. We focus on visualization and offer a quick selection of options for clients choosing apartments, whether for investment or personal living. The tool is currently used by agents and sales managers on all devices — from TVs in the office to mobile phones.

Key soft skills:
— Data-driven thinking - ‘see’ behind the numbers to solve user problems
— Product-based approach - focus on systemic improvements rather than one-off actions
— Flexibility - working with rapidly changing priorities
Our ideal candidate:
— Required: 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing in B2B/SaaS (Preferably Proptech, Real Estate, Marketplace)
— Experience in successful B2B customer acquisition, preferably international markets
Practical Experience:
— Conducting A/B tests and analysing their results: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel
— Working with conversion metrics: CR, LTV, CAC, Retention
— Generating CJM and sales funnels
— Customer Development (interviews with B2B customers)
— Ability to quickly generate and test hypotheses
— Skill in presenting solutions to developers and agencies
— Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, sales, dev)
Desirable:
— Understanding of property specifics: deal cycles, developers/agents pains
— Basic knowledge of UX metrics: Heatmaps, Session Recording
— Experience setting up dashboards: Tableau, Power BI, Looker
— Basic knowledge of Figma (reading prototypes)
What will you do in this position?
— User behaviour analysis: identifying bottlenecks in the funnel from registration to transaction
— Optimisation of key scenarios: simplification of the onboarding process, testing of new formats of object cards, improvement of communication mechanics with clients, introduction of tools for automation of routine operations
— Analytics and experiments: setting up data collection system: attribution, tracking of key events
— Regular analyses: conversions at each stage of the funnel, Retention of different user segments, effectiveness of new features. Conducting 3-5 A/B-tests monthly
— Partner programme development: training of agencies, creation of motivational mechanics, development of successful use cases
— Regular briefings with property developers: gathering feedback, presentation of new features, joint development of improvements
— Product Hypotheses: weekly generation of 5-10 hypotheses based on: analytics data, user feedback, competitor analysis
— Prioritisation by criteria: potential impact on metrics, complexity of implementation, resource capacity
