Responsibilities:

— Lead a team of DevOps engineers: task planning, support, review, development and hiring.

— Building and optimizing CI/CD processes (GitLab CI).

— Design and development of infrastructure based on Google Cloud and Kubernetes.

— Implementation and development of Infrastructure as Code approaches (Ansible, Pulumi).

— Organization of monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Loki, VictoriaLogs).

— Control over stability and security of production infrastructure.

— Interaction with development teams.

— Evaluation and implementation of new technologies.

— Support for highly loaded and distributed systems (Kafka, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, etc.).

— Supporting a culture of DevOps, automation and reliability.

Requirements:

— 4 years of DevOps experience, including 1 year in a team lead or technical leadership role.

— Excellent knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (or similar cloud platforms).

— Strong understanding of Kubernetes.

— Advanced Helm skills, writing and maintaining custom charts.

— Experience with Terraform, Ansible, preferably also Pulumi.

— Experience with Hashicorp Vault

— Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes (GitLab CI preferred).

— Knowledge of Bash and Python for automation.

— Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics).

— Experience configuring and administering logging systems (Loki, ELK, VictoriaLogs).

— Experience in building fault-tolerant and scalable infrastructure.

— Skills in communication, mentoring and team organization.

Will be a plus:

— Experience in database administration: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Clickhouse.

— Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Clickhouse, Cassandra, Elasticsearch.

— Knowledge of Pulumi.
