WHAT YOU'LL DO:

— Retrieve data from various sources including databases and spreadsheets; organize and format raw data into structured formats.

— Create auto-updating data marts for BI dashboards.

— Support and troubleshoot predefined data source templates used for visualization purposes.

— Take part in the development and maintenance of self-service analytics tools using BI platforms such as ClicData and Looker Studio.

— Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot, and deliver timely solutions.

— Support data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

— Document reporting processes to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.

WHAT YOU BRING:

— Advanced understanding of spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets) and familiarity with presentation and BI tools.

— Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

— Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.

— Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

— Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

— Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google BigQuery).

— Experience with BI platforms (ClicData, Looker Studio).

— Hands-on experience with Python and Pandas

— Familiarity with ELT/ETL concepts and basic data pipeline workflows.

— Prior experience in a data-driven business environment.

— Previous internship or hands-on experience in a business analytics or BI role.
