Inita is an AI-first platform helping small businesses launch and grow their online presence. We're building the next-generation product to empower solopreneurs and freelancers in the US and Europe. Our founding team includes senior executives from Acronis, Parallels, and X-Cart.

What You’ll Do

— Develop and maintain backend services (primarily in Python or Go)

— Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high code quality and performance.

— Make key architectural decisions and drive scalable, fault-tolerant solutions.

— Promote best engineering practices and enforce security standards.

— Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy

What We’re Looking For

— 8+ years of backend development experience (Python or Go preferred)

— 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams

— Experience in process management in a development team

— Strong system design skills and experience building fault-tolerant systems

— Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis

— Confident working with Git and CI/CD pipelines

— Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (min B2)
